Bavarian golf clubs will receive the best tips for creating more biodiversity on May 12 at a practical day as part of the Bavarian Flowering Pact. The Bavarian Golf Association and the Bavarian Ministry of the Environment will give golf courses the opportunity to learn first-hand from experts about practical implementation options on the golf course.
The event is part of the Blühpakt Bayern cooperation, in the context of which Bavarian golf courses can be recognized as ” Blühender Golfplatz “. The certificate is awarded by the Bavarian Minister of the Environment. This will be preceded by a consultation visit from an expert from the Landesbund für Vogelschutz, who will support golf courses in selecting suitable biodiversity projects for their individual golf course.
At the practical day at GC Mainsondheim, which is aimed at members of club presidiums or the management, the participants receive a lot of compact knowledge through specialist lectures and then take part in a tour of the grounds, during which easy-to-implement measures are communicated.
The registration deadline is April 30. Registration is possible under the following link.
